| In view of the problems existing in bypass vent system, such as excessive amount of bypass ash, low chloride ion concentration in bypass ash, excessive chloride ion in clinker, and substandard amount of collaborative waste disposal, the key points of the problems were determined through comprehensive analysis of design data and operating parameters, combined with thermal diagnosis, process calculation, computational fluid dynamics , and material detection, the adjustment plan was provided. |
