| Localization of labor services is one of the effective means for construction enterprises to effectively reduce the labor cost of enterprises and enhance their international competitiveness in implementing the “going out” strategy. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the localized employment management of overseas projects, discusses the problems of localized employment, analyzes the grades of various types of risks of localized employment based on FMEA, identifies, analyzes and evaluates the risks of localized employment, and gives specific countermeasures. |
