| 本文介绍了一种新型的水泥回转窑中心线动态测量系统，由直径测量仪、带标尺水平基准梁组件、托架组件、全站仪、数据采集器等软硬件组成。能够测量托轮和轮带直径、筒体间隙、轮带中心线的水平和垂直偏差。为后续调窑工作提供依据，起到事故防范和预警的作用。经现场实际测量表明：该测量系统具有结构简单、安全方便、测量精度高等特点，能应对现场复杂多变的工况。 |

| This paper introduces a new dynamic measuring system for the center line of cement rotary kiln, which consists of diameter measuring instrument, horizontal reference beam with scale, bracket, total station and data acquisition device.It can measure the diameter of supporting wheel and wheel belt, the clearance of cylinder body, horizontal and vertical deviation of wheel belt center line .It provides the basis for the follow-up work of kiln adjustment and plays the role of accident prevention and early warning. The field measurement shows that the measurement system has the advantages of simple structure, safety and convenience, high measurement accuracy, and can cope with the complex and changeable working conditions. |
