      水泥工业生料制备过程的“均化链”中,生料均化是最重要的链环。在生料制备四个主要链环中,生料均化年平均均化周期较短,均化效果良好。半个多世纪以来国内外学者一直重视均化率不断改进和优化。特别是悬浮预热和预分解技术诞生以来,在同湿法生产模式竞争中, “均化链”的不断完善,支撑着新型干法生产的发展和大型化,保证生产“均衡稳定”进行。本文结合实际工况,设备性能,DCS编辑逻辑探讨CF库系统控制及在DCS中的实现方法。

      In the “homogenization chain” of the raw material preparation process of cement industry, the homogenization of raw meal is the most important chain. In the four main chain of raw material preparation, the annual average homogenization cycle of raw meal homogenization is shorter, and the homogenization effect is good. For more than half a century, scholars at home and abroad have been paying attention to continuous improvement and optimization of the homogenization rate. Especially since the birth of suspension preheating and pre-decomposition technology, in the competition with the wet production mode, the continuous improvement of the “homogenization chain” supports the development and large-scale development of new dry process production, ensuring the “balanced and stable” production. This paper combines the actual working conditions, equipment performance, DCS editing logic to explore the CF silo system control and its implementation in DCS.
