      水泥窑协同处置城市生活垃圾、污泥和工业危险废弃物已被国际公认是最有效、最安全的废弃物处置技术。本文采用系统安全分析法,对水泥窑协同处置危险废物生产过程进行危险、有害因素辨识分析。该分析结果为企业安全技术和安全管理措施的制订与实施提供理论依据,是企业安全生产的根本保证。
英文摘要:
      It has been internationally recognized that the cement kiln is the most effective and safe waste disposal technology for the co-disposal of municipal solid waste, sludge and industrial hazardous wastes. In this paper, the system safety analysis method was used to identify and analyze the risk of hazardous waste disposal process in the cement kiln. The results provide a theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of enterprise safety technology and safety management measures. At the same time, it is the fundamental guarantee of enterprise safety production.
