| Sichuan Esheng Cement Group Co., Ltd. entrusted Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. to upgrade its four clinker production lines (#1, #2, #4, #5) from the third generation grate cooler to the LANE fourth generation grate cooler. The technical characteristics and advantages of the LANE fourth generation grate cooler are introduced in detail, as well as the commissioning process and operation points of the transformation. The operation results show that the comprehensive technical index of LANE type fourth generation grate cooler is advanced, the equipment is reliable and the operation is stable, which brings great benefits to the owners and the transformation achieves the expected purpose. |
