| 山东东华水泥有限公司有两条5 000 t/d熟料生产线，正常情况下产量可以稳定在5 200~5 400 t/d，整个生产系统的煤耗、电耗较高，熟料的后期强度也不理想。为此，我公司全面了解行业动态，及时调整发展思路，积极推进生产线提产增效技术改造，有效提升熟料线产能，两条线熟料产量均达到6 100 t/d以上，经济运行指标得到显著提升。 |

| Shandong Donghua Cement Co., Ltd. has two 5 000 t/d clinker production lines. Under normal conditions, the output could be stabilized at 5 200~5 400 t/d. The coal and power consumption of the whole production system were high, and the late strength of clinker was not ideal. For this reason, our company fully understands the industry dynamics, timely adjusts the development ideas, actively promotes the technological transformation of production line to increase output and efficiency, effectively improves the clinker line production capacity, the clinker output of both lines reaches more than 6 100 t/d, and the economic operation indexes have been significantly improved. |
