      粗骨料级配对混凝土的工作性及力学性能有显著的影响,本实验通过调整粗骨料的级配,研究其对机制砂混凝土坍落度、扩展度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:改变粗骨料级配,机制砂混凝土的性能发生显著变化,当5~10 mm粒径的粗骨料含量为10%、10~16 mm粒径的粗骨料含量为45%、16~25 mm粒径的粗骨料含量为45%时,粗骨料空隙率最小为42.5%,配制的机制砂混凝土坍落度为200 mm、扩展度为410 mm、28 d抗压强度为45.6 MPa,抗压强度满足C40等级要求。
英文摘要:
      Coarse aggregate was a main composition of manufactured-sand concrete (MSC), and the gradation of coarse aggregate could be an important factor for properties of MSC. This study investigated the effects of the gradation of coarse aggregate on the slump, slump flow and compressive strength of MSC. Results indicated when the mass percentage of coarse aggregate varied from 5~10 mm, 10~16 mm, and 16~25 mm were 10%, 45% and 45%, respectively, the porosity of coarse aggregate was the lowest, and the value was 42.5%. MSC was prepared by the proportion of the coarse aggregate, its slumps, slump flow and compressive strength at 28d were 200mm, 410 mm and 45.6 MPa, respectively.
