| Based on the management of oversea power plant engineering equipment supervision, this paper analyses the characteristics of oversea power plant engineering equipment procurement. Through the analysis of its characteristics, it explores the management system of hierarchical supervision and manufacture of equipment, improves the efficiency of supervision and manufacturing, and ensures the quality of equipment out of the factory. The article also introduces the oversea engineering supervision mode and standards, combs the equipment supervision process, summarizes the relevant matters needing attention, and makes active and effective exploration for the company to improve the supervision management system. |
