      当前,国内水泥生产企业数量及规模都十分庞大,认清企业危险程度对于安全管理有较大帮助。根据水泥生产企业的特点,经调研,在国内相关学者的研究基础上,筛选出最能影响水泥企业安全状况的指标因素,提出了水泥生产企业安全层次结构模型。通过专家打分和层次分析法,计算出水泥生产企业的各个因素的相对权重;建立数学建模对水泥生产企业进行分级评定。经过对企业进行分级,监管部门可以实行差别监管,企业可以发现自身差距,及时改进,提高企业安全水平。
英文摘要:
      At present, the number and scale of domestic cement production enterprises are very large, and it is helpful to recognize the degree of danger of enterprises for safety management. According to the characteristics of cement production enterprises, based on the research of domestic related scholars, the index factors that can affect the safety status of cement enterprises are selected, and the safety hierarchical structure model of cement production enterprises is proposed. Through the expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process, the relative weights of various factors of cement production enterprises are calculated; the mathematical modeling is established to grade the cement production enterprises. After grading the enterprise, the regulatory authorities can implement differential supervision, and enterprises can find their own gaps, improve in time, and improve the safety level of enterprises.
