      为挖掘我公司余热发电系统过程控制潜力,在原设备基础上进行改造,针对岗位人员频繁动作的操作(如发电负荷,汽包水位,主汽温度等)进行自动化改造以及对语音系统进行完善,通过一系列改造,共增加PID控制回路7个,连锁闭环控制13个,大大提高了生产自动化程度,减轻了各岗位的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
英文摘要:
      In order to tap the process control potential of our company's waste heat power generation system, the original equipment is reformed on the basis of frequent operation (such as power generation load, drum water level, main steam temperature, etc.) by automation transformation and improvement of voice system. Through a series of reforms, a total of 7 PID control loops are added. There are 13 closed-loop control chains, which greatly improves the degree of production automation, reduces the labor intensity of each post, and improves the production efficiency.
