      本文探讨了外加剂、矿物掺合料、环境温湿度等因素对超缓凝混凝土性能的影响,试验数据结果:混凝土凝结时间随着超缓凝剂掺量增加而延长;超缓凝剂相同掺量下,高水灰比时,超缓凝剂能有效抑制胶凝材料水化反应进程,增加了混凝土凝结时间;在同一基准下, 固定超缓凝剂掺量,提高矿物掺合料的掺量能延长凝结时间;在低温、高湿条件下有利于延长混凝土凝结时间。通过优化配合比参数,成功配制出凝结时间为72 h的超缓凝混凝土, 28 d抗压强度符合要求,60 d抗压强度无损失,能满足施工要求。
英文摘要:
      The effect of admixture, mineral admixture and ambient temperature and humidity on the performance of super retarding concrete is discussed in the paper. The results of experimental data are as follows: the setting time of concrete is prolonged with the increase of the dosage of the retarder. Under the same dosage of the superretarder, the retarder can effectively inhibit the hydration process of the cementitious material. The setting time of concrete is increased; under the same datum, fixing the dosage of Super Retarder and increasing the mixing time of mineral admixture can prolong the setting time; it is beneficial to prolong the setting time of concrete under the condition of low temperature and high humidity. By optimizing the mixture ratio parameters, the super retarded concrete with 72 h setting time was successfully prepared. The 28 d compressive strength was in conformity with the requirements, and the 60 d compressive strength had no loss, and the construction requirements could be met.
