      Dangote刚果布3 000 t/d水泥生产线2014年6月开工建设，2017年7月点火投产。文章分析了该项目调试过程中遇到的诸如长皮带跑偏、跳停问题，堆场取料机问题，配料站堵料问题，生料磨反复跳停、功率高问题等， 采取合适措施后这些问题都得以完善解决。目前该条生产线运行正常，状况良好。
英文摘要:
      Dangote Congo 3 000 t/d cement production line started construction in June 2014 and was put into operation in July 2017. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the commissioning of the project, such as long belt deviation, jumping and stopping problem, the problem of stacker reclaimer, the problem of plugging in the batching station, the problem of repeated jumping and stopping of raw material grinding, high power and so on. After taking appropriate measures, these problems was solved perfectly. At present, the production line is running normally and in good condition.
