      通过对熟料中的中间相进行再烧结,并通过急冷的方式得到玻璃体,将玻璃体与熟料按不同的比例混合,测定其XRD结果,计算XRD衍射峰面积与背底的面积的比值,得出标准曲线,运用标准曲线就可以计算出其它熟料中玻璃体的含量。用过采用水淬矿渣来代替中间相玻璃体,作出标准曲线,来验证此方法的可行性。结果表明,XRD衍射峰的背底面积与玻璃体的掺入量呈线性关系,同时衍射峰面积与背底的面积的比值即峰背比也与玻璃体的含量呈线性关系。
英文摘要:
      Based on sintering the intermediate phase of clinker and gaining vitreous by means of rapid cooling,mix vitreous and clinker in different proportion, determine the XRD results, calculate the ratio of XRD diffraction peak area and the area of the back end, draw standard curve, using the standard curve can calculate the other of vitreous content in the clinker.The feasibility of this method is verified by using water quenching slag instead of intermediate phase vitreous and making standard curve.The results show that the area of the back bottom of XRD diffraction peak has a linear relationship with the amount of vitreous incorporation.
