      本文采用预先危险性分析方法(PHA),对某5 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线项目的电气系统进行安全评价。通过分析评价,确定了电气系统的火灾、爆炸潜在危险因素和危险性等级,提出了相应的安全对策措施。基于电气系统PHA评价,水泥厂可将潜在的火灾、爆炸危险性降低到可接受水平,并将其有效纳入安全管理。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the safety evaluation of the electrical system of a 5,000 t/d clinker cement production line project was carried out using PHA.Through the analysis and evaluation, the potential risk factors and risk levels of fire and explosion in electrical system are determined, and the corresponding safety countermeasures are put forward.Based on PHA evaluation of electrical system, cement plant can reduce potential fire and explosion hazard to acceptable level and effectively incorporate it into safety management.
