      以不同比例钢渣替代矿渣,并添加适量改性剂CHJ-S制备了复合粉。研究探讨了CHJ-S对复合粉细度、活性指数的影响,并通过SEM、MIP对掺加复合粉的硬化水泥浆体微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:掺入 CHJ-S可有效改善钢渣-矿渣的易磨性,对于掺加20%钢渣的复合粉,其7 d和28 d活性指数略高于空白矿粉。CHJ-S可提前释放钢渣的膨胀,加速钢渣-矿渣复合粉的水化,生成更多的水化产物,改善了硬化浆体的孔隙结构。通过大磨生产综合分析,钢渣-矿渣立磨联合粉磨方案具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      Different proportions of steel slag were used to replace granulated blast furnace slag, and appropriate amount of modifier CHJ-S was added to prepare the composite powder. The influence of CHJ-S on the fineness and activity index of composite powders was investigated. The microstructure of hardened cement paste with composite powders was analyzed by SEM and MIP. The results show that the incorporation of CHJ-S can improve the steel slag-granulated blast furnace slag grindability effectively. For the composite powder with 20% steel slag, the 7 d and 28 d activity indexes of composites powder are slightly higher than the blank mineral powder. CHJ-S can release the expansion of steel slag in advance, promote the hydration of the steel slag-granulated blast furnace slag composite powder, generate more hydration products, improve the pore structure of the hardened paste. Through comprehensive analysis of large grinding production, the steel slag- granulated blast furnace slag vertical mill combined grinding program has significant economic and social benefits.
