      印尼10 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线EPC项目的成功实施,创造了印尼同类规模项目中投资最省、建设工期最短、质量和生产运行综合指标最优的水泥工程,得到了印尼水泥同行的广泛认同和好评。总结回顾项目执行全过程,我们采用先进项目管理理念,通过建立和应用与自身实际状况、企业规模相匹配的EPC项目实施模式,主动加强全过程的管控和协调,尤其是针对本项目的特点和困难。通过管理创新,确保项目如期按质的完成,保证整个项目取得最后的成功,其中的经验值得借鉴、分享。
英文摘要:
      Successful implementation of EPC project of 10000 t/d cement clinker production line in Indonesia created the cement engineering of least investment , the shortest construction period, quality and the optimal comprehensive index of production operation of its kind in Indonesia,which obtains recognition and praise of Indonesian cement peer. Summarize and review the whole process of project implementation, we adopt the advanced project management idea, through the establishment and application with its own actual situation, the enterprise scale to match the EPC project implementation mode,and take the initiative to strengthen the process control and coordination, especially aiming at the characteristics and difficulties of this project.To ensure project completed on schedule and qualified and the final success of the whole project through the management innovation, the experience is worth learning from and sharing.
