      针对钢渣易磨性差、活性低的问题,在分别研究不同化学物质对钢渣粉活性、休止角影响的基础上,利用正交设计方法对影响因素TIPA、JS、糖蜜、SL设计试验。通过钢渣粉活性、休止角测定分析助磨剂组份对钢渣粉活性和料层稳定性的影响,综合成本及性能因素得到立磨粉磨钢渣用助磨剂。研究了该助磨剂对大磨粉磨钢渣性能的影响,结果表明:研制的立磨钢渣用助磨剂可明显提高钢渣粉活性和磨机产量。
英文摘要:
      According to the characteristics of poor grindability and low activity of steel slag, based on the study of the effects of different chemical substances on the activity and angle of repose of steel slag, an orthogonal design method was used to design experiment on the influencing factors such as TIPA, JS, molasses, SL.Grinding aids for grinding steel slag of vertical mill were obtained through the steel slag powder activity, angle of repose determination analysing components of grinding aid on the activity and layer stability of steel slag powder, comprehensive cost and performance factors.The effect of the grinding aid on the properties of the grinding mill was studied. The results show that the developed grinding aids for grinding steel slag of vertical mill can significantly increase the activity of slag powder and the output of mill.
