| The types and causes of blockage in the preheater are analysed comprehensively, put forward some techical measures to prevent preheater form blockage, such as controlling the quality of raw materials, stable chemical composition, the use of compressed air blowing and air bombardment, control temperature, preheating system using nuclear level gauge, correct control check material left fire operation, while the use of water cannons, Cardox is blasting technical measures for different types of preheater clogging. |
