      针对目前我国新型干法水泥窑热耗高的现状,本文从煤炭燃烧、煤炭渗透、矿化作用等方面对节煤剂进行研究,通过煤粉燃烧试验发现节煤剂能降低煤粉粒度从而降低煤粉的初燃点和终燃点;通过渗透性试验发现其能降低节煤剂和煤粉的界面张力,促进节煤剂渗透至煤粉内部,从而有利于其发挥节煤效果;通过矿化试验发现其能降低样品的游离氧化钙,促进固化反应,从而达到节能的目的。通过河南登封SG水泥厂5 000 t/d的新型干法水泥窑的工业应用试验发现,该厂添加量为0.8‰时到达最佳效果,实物煤耗的节煤率为4.87%,具有较大的经济效益。

      Aiming at the present situation of high heat consumption of China's new dry process cement kiln, carry out the research oncoal saving agent from the aspects of coal combustion, coal permeability and mineralization. The coal combustion test showes that coal saving agent can reduce the particle size of pulverized coal to reduce coal burning at the beginning and end point; through the permeability test, it is found out that the coal saving agent can reduce the interfacial tension between the pulverized coal and coal saving agent, promote internal penetration to the pulverized coal, which is benefit for the effect of coal saving; and mineralizing test show that it can reduce the free calcium oxide in samples and accelerate the curing reaction, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Through the industrial application test of the new dry-process rotary kiln in a Henan 5000 t/d cement line, it was found out that the optimum effect was achieved when the adding amount was 0.8 per thousand, and the coal saving rate of the standard coal consumption of clinker was 4.87%,which had good economic benefit.
