      通过活性对比实验和分析,对钢渣的胶凝性能进行深入的研究,结果表明:钢渣中游离氧化钙的高低会影响其活性,应控制其含量小于6%;钢渣中石膏的添加可以提高20%的活性指数,酸性激发剂—硅铝烧结料可提供钢渣所需的玻璃相以及硅铝成分;添加20%~25%的水泥熟料可弥补钢渣中极缺的硅酸三钙(C3S);18~20 d的水化条件同样可以实现游离钙的消化,从而提高其活性。滚筒法处理可以提高钢渣活性的稳定。
英文摘要:
      Through active contrast experiment and analysis, deeply studying the gelation properties of the steel slag, the results show that the free calcium oxide of steel slag in high and low will affect its activity, and its content should be less than 6%;The addition of gypsum in the steel slag can increase 20% activity index,and the acidic activator silicon aluminum sinter can provide the glass phase and silicon aluminum component for steel slag. The addition of 20%~25% cement clinker can make up for the deficiency of calcium silicate three in steel slag (C3S). The hydration condition of 18~20 days can also realize the digestion of free calcium, thus enhancing the activity of free calcium. The treatment of rolling process has decided the stability of steel slag activity.The roller method can improve the stability of slag activity.
