      本论文模拟火烧油层实际开发工况条件,并通过测试水泥浆基本常规工程性能及水泥石力学性能,研制了一套铝酸盐水泥基耐高温固井材料体系。室内评价结果表明:该体系在适宜水灰比条件下,具有良好的沉降稳定性(≤0.02g/cm3),失水量低于50mL,稠化时间易于调节,综合性能良好等特点。且水泥石低温早期强度发展良好(24h≥12MPa),水泥石耐高温性能优异(可耐温700℃≥25MPa,强度衰退率≤20%),长期强度发展稳定,有效解决了铝酸盐水泥石在稠油热采井技术条件下后期强度衰退等难题。

      This paper simulates the actual development conditions of burning oil layers, and develops a set of aluminate cement-based high-temperature resistant cementing material cement slurry system by testing the basic conventional engineering properties of cement slurry and the mechanical properties of cement stone. The evaluation results show that the system has good settling stability (≤0.02g/cm3) under suitable water cement ratio conditions, water loss less than 50mL, easy adjustment of thickening time, and good comprehensive performance. Moreover, the early strength development of cement stone at low temperatures is good (≥12MPa for 24 hours), and the high temperature resistance performance of cement stone is excellent (can withstand temperatures of 700℃≥25MPa, with a strength decline rate of≤20%). The long-term strength development is stable, effectively solving the problem of strength decline of aluminate salt water debris in the later stage under the technical conditions of heavy oil thermal recovery wells.
