      针对水泥工业钢结构在复杂腐蚀环境下的耐久性挑战,本研究以中亚某6500TPD水泥项目为载体,系统探讨了ISO 12944欧洲标准在防腐设计中的工程化应用,解决了ISO 12944标准在水泥工业钢结构防腐中的工程适配难题。通过中亚6500TPD项目的多尺度验证(宏观暴露试验→微观CT分析→数字化监测),揭示了传统设计的三大缺陷:①双拼节点夹缝腐蚀速率超预估4.7倍(激光扫描量化);②国标涂层体系孔隙连通性达ISO体系的18.3倍(同步辐射CT);③EPC质量管控盲区导致初期成本节约反增LCC 21%。论文为高腐蚀工业环境下的钢结构设计提供了兼具理论创新与工程实用价值的解决方案。

      To address the durability challenges of steel structures in cement industry under complex corrosive environments, this study systematically investigates the engineering application of ISO 12944 European standards in anti-corrosion design, using a 6,500 TPD cement production line in Central Asia as a case study. By resolving the technical mismatch of ISO 12944 in cement industrial steel structures, we conducted multi-scale validations (macro-scale exposure tests → micro-CT analysis → digital monitoring), revealing three critical flaws in conventional designs:
