With the popularization of precise SNCR denitrification technology in the cement industry, the lowest level cyclone has gradually become the best area for denitrification, and the special ternary flow field of the cyclone and the suitable temperature provide excellent conditions for the denitrification reaction. However, in the cement plant burning anthracite coal, due to the less volatile fraction of anthracite coal, there is a phenomenon of afterburning, resulting in poor effect of precise SNCR denitrification, compared with the cement plant burning bituminous coal, its denitrification system ammonia utilization rate is low, and ammonia escape is serious. Experimental tests were carried out in cement plant B, which burns anthracite coal, and a more satisfactory denitrification effect was obtained by changing the insertion depth of the lance in the cone of the cyclone and the number of lances. Experiments have proved that the vertical airflow inside the cyclone rotating layered arrangement of spray guns, the use of layered denitrification principle, has a better denitrification effect; at the same time the distribution of spray guns in the cone of the cyclone, sprayed into the dilute phase zone or concentrated phase zone of denitrification reaction, are able to achieve a high denitrification efficiency. |
