      随着水泥行业精准SNCR脱硝技术的普及,最下一级旋风筒逐渐成为脱硝的最佳区域,旋风筒特殊的三元流场,适宜的温度,都为脱硝反应提供了优良的条件。但在燃烧无烟煤的水泥厂,由于无烟煤挥发分较少,存在后燃现象,导致精准SNCR脱硝效果不佳,相比燃烧烟煤的水泥厂,其脱硝系统氨水利用率较低,氨逃逸严重。在燃烧无烟煤的B水泥厂进行了实验测试,通过改变旋风筒锥部喷枪的插入深度及喷枪个数,得到了比较理想的脱硝效果。实验证明在旋风筒内部垂直气流旋向分层布置喷枪,利用分层脱硝的原理,具有较好的脱硝效果;同时分布在旋风筒锥部的喷枪,喷射到稀相区或浓相区进行脱硝反应,均能达到较高的脱硝效率。

      With the popularization of precise SNCR denitrification technology in the cement industry, the lowest level cyclone has gradually become the best area for denitrification, and the special ternary flow field of the cyclone and the suitable temperature provide excellent conditions for the denitrification reaction. However, in the cement plant burning anthracite coal, due to the less volatile fraction of anthracite coal, there is a phenomenon of afterburning, resulting in poor effect of precise SNCR denitrification, compared with the cement plant burning bituminous coal, its denitrification system ammonia utilization rate is low, and ammonia escape is serious. Experimental tests were carried out in cement plant B, which burns anthracite coal, and a more satisfactory denitrification effect was obtained by changing the insertion depth of the lance in the cone of the cyclone and the number of lances. Experiments have proved that the vertical airflow inside the cyclone rotating layered arrangement of spray guns, the use of layered denitrification principle, has a better denitrification effect; at the same time the distribution of spray guns in the cone of the cyclone, sprayed into the dilute phase zone or concentrated phase zone of denitrification reaction, are able to achieve a high denitrification efficiency.
