| A cement company in Iraq has constructed a new 6 000 t/d clinker production line. The project is equipped with a 50 MW heavy oil-powered captive power plant, and the clinker production line's kiln system also uses heavy oil as fuel, sharing heavy oil and diesel storage tanks with the captive power plant. This article introduces the working principles of the heavy oil transportation and thermal oil heating system. Through single-machine and integrated commissioning, it elaborates on the conditions that must be met before the ignition and feeding of the clinker production line using heavy oil as fuel. |
