本文以某6 500 t/d规模的水泥熟料生产线篦冷机为研究对象,建立了篦冷机物理和数学模型,利用 CFD Fluent 流体计算软件模拟研究了篦冷机在不同余热取风口位置时内部的温度场分布规律,计算了相应的热效率,结果表明,余热取风口由初始设计工况向篦床后方移动2 m的方案为最佳,此时二三次风温达961℃,热效率为76.26%。 |

This paper takes the grate cooler of a 6,500 t/d cement clinker production line as the research object, establishes physical and mathematical models of the grate cooler, and uses CFD Fluent fluid simulation software to study the temperature distribution inside the cooler under different waste heat extraction vent positions. The corresponding thermal efficiency is calculated. The results show that the optimal solution is achieved when the waste heat extraction vent is moved 2 meters toward the rear of the grate bed compared to the initial design condition, yielding secondary and tertiary air temperatures of 961℃ and a thermal efficiency of 76.26%. |
