本文基于某大型联合堆棚网架工程,建立折线形屋面空间网格结构和作为对比的拱形屋面空间网格结构,利用3D3S分析软件,对两种模型的周期、内力、应力、挠度和用钢量进行了分析和对比,结果表明:折线形屋面结构的自振周期更小,整体刚度更优,抵抗荷载作用下结构变形的能力更强;拱形屋面结构杆件最大轴力更小,分布更为均匀,应力集中现象更少,并且用钢量也更具优势。 |

This article is based on a large-scale Integrated Storage Shed, establishing a polyline shaped roof space grid structure and an arch shaped roof space grid structure as a comparison. Using 3D3S analysis software, the period, internal force, stress, deflection, and steel consumption of the two models were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the polyline shaped roof structure has a smaller natural vibration period, better overall stiffness, and stronger ability to resist structural deformation under load; The maximum axial force of the members of the arcshaped roof structure is smaller, the distribution is more uniform, the stress concentration phenomenon is less, and the amount of steel used is also more advantageous. |
