传统水泥生产线的检测流程包括取样、制样和化验等环节,往往导致检测结果滞后于生产。为了解决这一问题,本文基于激光诱导击穿光谱(Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, LIBS)技术,实现了对包含矿山岩粉在内的水泥生产过程质量的快速检测。针对水泥生产线中的主要成分MgO、SiO2、Al2O3和CaO进行了定量分析,并建立了对应的单变量和多变量定标模型。测量结果表明,多变量检测的结果明显优于单变量检测,此外,使用该模型对16组水泥矿山钻孔岩粉样品进行检测,结果与XRF检测结果有良好的对应性。 |

The detection process of the traditional cement production line includes links such as sampling, sample preparation and chemical analysis, which often leads to the detection results lagging behind the production.. To address this issue, this article utilizes Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology to achieve rapid quality inspection of cement production processes, including mining rock powder. Quantitative analysis was conducted on the main components MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, and CaO in cement production lines, and corresponding univariate and multivariate calibration models were established. The measurement results show that the results of multivariate detection are significantly better than those of univariate detection. In addition, the model was used to detect 16 sets of rock powder samples from cement mine boreholes, and the results corresponded well with the XRF detection results. |
