装配式建筑的快速发展,对低温条件下的混凝土早强有了巨大需求。本文研究了使用不同水泥品种,降低水泥细度,使用单一或复合早强剂等方法,对低温(10 ℃)条件下水泥早强性能的影响,从而探究低温条件下实现水泥早强的方法。结果表明,使用高标号水泥,并适当降低水泥细度,然后搭配使用纳米水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)晶核剂,可以大幅提高水泥的早期强度。在10 ℃条件下,使用比表面积为462 m2/kg的P·Ⅱ 52.5R水泥,并搭配使用1%掺量的纳米晶核剂,则水泥胶砂强度可在6 h内达到10.7 MPa,相比空白控制样,强度提高10.7 MPa,强度达到10 MPa的时间至少提前10 h。 |

The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has created a significant demand for early-strength concrete under low-temperature conditions. This study investigates the effects of different cement types, reduced cement fineness, and the use of single or composite early-strength agents on the early strength of cement at low temperatures (10 ℃), aiming to explore the methods for achieving early strength of cement under low temperature conditions. The results indicate that using high-grade cement with appropriately reduced fineness, combined with nano calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) nucleation seeds, can significantly enhance the early strength of cement. At 10 ℃, when P·Ⅱ 52.5R cement with a specific surface area of 462 m²/kg is used along with 1% nano nucleation seeds, the cement mortar strength can reach 10.7 MPa within 6 hours—an increase of 10.7 MPa compared to the blank control sample. Additionally, the time required to achieve 10 MPa strength is reduced by at least 10 h. |
