      通过实验验证重晶石对高贝利特熟料的活化效果。实验结果表明,当重晶石掺量为0~2.4%时,熟料中α'H-C2S含量与重晶石掺量线性正相关;适量重晶石可显著提高C2S含量为40%的熟料的3 d、7 d抗压强度,提高C2S含量为20%的熟料的3 d和28 d抗压强度;C2S含量约20%的熟料1 450 ℃煅烧较充分;C2S含量约40%的熟料10400 ℃煅烧充分;C2S含量约70%的熟料1 400 ℃过烧;重晶石掺量高于2.4%时,生料易烧性显著变差;重晶石掺量小于2.4%时,不影响熟料中的方镁石含量;重晶石掺量1.6%时,熟料标准稠度和凝结时间无显著变化。
英文摘要:
      The activation effect of barite on high belite clinker was verified by experiments. The experimental results show that when the barite dosage 0~2.4%, the content of α'H-C2S in the clinker is linearly positively correlated with the barite dosage; barite significantly improve the 3 d and 7 d compressive strength of clinker with 40% C2S content, and improve the 3 d and28 d compressive strength of clinker with 20% C2S content; clinker with about 20% C2S content is calcined at 1450℃; clinker with about 40% C2S content is fully calcined at 1 400; clinker with about 70% C2S content is overburned at 1 400℃; when the dosage is higher than 24%, the burnability of the raw meal is significantly reduced; when the barite dosage is less than 2.4%, it does not affect the content periclase in the clinker; when the barite dosage is 1.6%, there is no significant change in the standard consistency and setting time of clinker.
