Our company operates a total of four vertical mills. During their use, the wear-resistant layer of the roller sleeves tends to wear out, affecting normal production. To address this issue, research and design efforts have been focused on developing offline repair equipment and processes for the roller sleeves, enabling rapid replacement and offline repair of worn roller sleeves. This article introduces the design of a new roller sleeve clamping tooling, the layout design of the assembly site, and the precautions for the assembly and concentricity adjustment operations of the roller sleeves. |
