本文针对某水泥企业HFCG180-160辊压机+V型选粉机+动态选粉机+Φ3.8 m×13 m球磨机闭路半终系统原材料细粉料偏多、混合材水分高、熟料温度高等原因导致的辊压机辊缝撑不开,电流波动大、V型选粉机出口温度过高以及混合入库成品标准稠度用水量高等问题进行了分析与处理。通过减小辊压机辊缝,减薄料层的细粉量,有效稳定并提高辊压机做功;通过增加V型选粉机冷风补风量,减少循环回风量,有效降低系统温度;通过调节系统操作参数,采用低风速低转速,减小辊压机成品掺加比例,提高其比表面积,使混合入库成品水泥标准稠度用水量大幅度降低,有效提高了水泥品质。 |

This article addresses the issues encountered by a cement enterprise with its HFCG180-160 roller press+V dynamic separator + Φ3.8 m×13 m ball mill closed-circuit semi-final grinding system, which included an excessive amount of fine powder in the raw materials, high moisture content in the mixed materials, and high clinker temperature. These factors led to problems such as the roller press not being able to open the roller gap, significant fluctuations in current, excessively high outlet temperature of the V-type separator, and high water demand for normal consistency of the finished product in the mixed storage. The analysis and resolution involved reducing the roller gap of the roller press and thinning the layer of fine powder in the material, which effectively stabilized and improved the performance of the roller press. By increasing the cold air supply to the V-type separator and reducing the recirculation air volume, the system temperature was effectively lowered. Additionally, adjusting the system's operational parameters, adopting low air flow and low rotation speed, reducing the proportion of finished product from the roller press, and increasing its specific surface area significantly reduced the water demand for normal consistency of the cement product in mixed storage, thereby effectively enhancing the quality of the cement. |
