针对水泥窑烟气成分复杂、工况波动频繁导致单一控制模式难以实现稳定脱硝的问题,本研究通过将GPC预测控制算法和PID算法结合,提出了一种根据烟囱出口NOx浓度变化进行控制模式自切换的GPC+PID复合控制策略。实际生产运行数据表明,该策略可明显降低烟囱出口NOx浓度的平均波动幅度和有效减少氨水用量,烟囱出口NOx浓度平均波动幅度由27 mg/m3降低至17 mg/m3,喷氨泵平均频率降低1.3 Hz,对提高水泥烟气SNCR脱硝性能和节省脱硝成本具有良好的促进作用。 |

In response to the difficulty in achieving stable denitrification with a single control mode due to the complex flue gas composition and frequent operational fluctuations in cement kilns, this study proposes a GPC+PID composite control strategy. This strategy integrates the GPC predictive control algorithm with the PID algorithm and enables automatic switching between control modes based on changes in NOx concentration at the chimney outlet. Actual production data demonstrate that this strategy significantly reduces the average fluctuation amplitude of NOx concentration at the chimney outlet and effectively decreases ammonia water usage. The average fluctuation amplitude of NOx concentration at the chimney outlet decreased from 27 mg/m³ to 17 mg/m³, and the average frequency of the ammonia injection pump was reduced by 1.3 Hz. This approach effectively enhances the performance of SNCR denitrification for cement flue gas and contributes to reducing denitrification costs. |
