江西某5 000 t/d水泥厂周边有多条锂盐制备生产线,锂渣供应量稳定。在实际生产中,当锂渣作为水泥硅质校正料掺量超过3%后,烧成系统工况逐步恶劣、出窑飞砂料逐步增多最终导致熟料生产线停机处理;当锂渣作为水泥混合材掺量超过2%后,水泥粉磨辊压机系统稳定性及系统产量明显下降最终导致水泥粉磨系统电耗超标。本文从操作角度分析锂渣对水泥生产的影响,找到相应的影响因素并采取措施消除,使锂渣在水泥实际生产中的掺入量达到试验要求,为锂渣的综合利用提供操作可行性。 |

A 5 000 t/d cement plant in Jiangxi is surrounded by several lithium salt production lines, ensuring a stable supply of lithium slag. In actual production, when the proportion of lithium slag used as a siliceous corrective material in cement exceeds 3%, the operating conditions of the kiln system gradually deteriorate, and the amount of flying sand material from the kiln increases, eventually leading to a shutdown of the clinker production line for maintenance. When the proportion of lithium slag used as a cement admixture exceeds 2%, the stability and output of the cement grinding roller press system significantly decrease, ultimately causing the power consumption of the cement grinding system to exceed standards. This article analyzes the impact of lithium slag on cement production from an operational perspective, identifies the relevant influencing factors, and proposes measures to mitigate them. These steps enable the incorporation of lithium slag in cement production to meet experimental requirements, providing operational feasibility for the comprehensive utilization of lithium slag. |
