      我公司现有一条电石渣综合利用新型干法水泥生产线,预热器为单系列五级旋风预热器,分解炉为RSP炉,近期预分解系统多个关键部位结皮严重,并形成周期性垮塌导致窑尾烟室缩口堵塞,对整个熟料煅烧系统的稳定运行造成较大影响,导致回转窑长期处于带病运行状态,熟料产量低、质量差、能耗高,同时清理作业过程伴随较高安全风险。本文深入分析了预分解系统结皮的成因,并提出了切实有效的改进措施,成功缓解了结皮问题。

      Our company currently operates a new dry-process cement production line that utilizes calcium carbide slag. The preheater is a single-string five-stage cyclone preheater, and the calciner is an RSP-type furnace. Recently, severe coating has been observed in multiple critical areas of the pre-calcination system, leading to periodic collapses that cause blockages at the kiln tail chamber's narrowing. This has significantly impacted the stable operation of the entire clinker calcination system, resulting in the rotary kiln operating under suboptimal conditions for an extended period. Consequently, clinker production has been low, quality has been poor, and energy consumption has been high. Additionally, the cleaning process poses considerable safety risks. This article thoroughly analyzes the causes of coating formation in the pre-calcination system and proposes practical and effective improvement measures, which have successfully alleviated the coating issue.
