      文章分析了钢渣粉的性质,结果表明:钢渣粉的磨矿能耗高达28.58 kWh/t,导致粉磨成本增加,是限制钢渣粉作为胶凝材料的关键原因。钢渣粉作为胶凝材料的性能依赖于其比表面积,钢渣粉比表面积大于4000m2/kg时,试样可满足GB/T 20491—2017《用于水泥和混凝土中的钢渣粉》一级品的技术要求,其安定性均合格,流动度与样品细度和掺量均有关系。钢渣粉胶凝实验表明,钢渣粉与粉煤灰二元复掺的胶凝材料力学性能要略优于单掺钢渣或粉煤灰的胶凝材料。

      The article analyzes the properties of steel slag powder, and the results show that the grinding energy consumption of steel slag powder is as high as 28.58 kWh/t, which leads to an increase in grinding costs and is the key reason limiting the use of steel slag powder as a cementitious material. The performance of steel slag powder as a cementitious material depends on the specific surface area of the ground product. When the specific surface area of steel slag powder is greater than 4 00 m2/kg, the sample can meet the technical requirements of Grade I of GB/T 20491—2017 "Steel Slag Powder for Cement and Concrete", and its stability is qualified. The flowability is related to the fineness and dosage of the sample. The experiment of steel slag powder bonding shows that the mechanical properties of the bonding material with the binary combination of steel slag powder and fly ash are slightly better than those of the bonding material with only steel slag or fly ash.
