| This article focuses on the design flaws of the roller shaft in roller presses and the influencing factors related to their operation and usage. It conducts a discussion and analysis, utilizing Solidworks to perform finite element stress analysis on the roller shaft. An optimized solution is proposed and successfully implemented, effectively enhancing the performance and service life of the roller shaft. This resolves the significant losses incurred by enterprises due to roller shaft fractures and subsequent repairs in roller presses. |
