| This article first introduces a TRMS32.3 slag vertical mill owned by a company in Jiangsu, which has the requirement to produce high-specific-surface superfine powder and increase production. After research and demonstration, it was decided to transform the existing TRMS32.3 mill on-site into a TRMS34.2 mill. The article briefly describes the on-site process system flow and compares the parameters of the vertical mill before and after the transformation. It mainly focuses on the determination of the transformation plan: including the process layout and the configuration of main auxiliary equipment, whether the existing civil foundation can be reused, and the decision to adopt the TRMS34.2 vertical mill. Finally, it describes the on-site transformation and commissioning operation, which met the contract indicators, and analyzes the main operating parameters. The successful transformation of this project provides a solution for existing domestic on-site facilities and has good market promotion potential. |
