      本文详细介绍了外循环辊式磨系统的技术特点,并对原辊式磨系统、部分外循环辊式磨系统、全部外循环辊式磨系统及辊压机终粉磨系统的电耗进行了分析对比。结果表明,全部外循环辊式磨系统的电耗与辊压机终粉磨系统基本相当。此外,本文还介绍了现有生料辊式磨系统的节能降耗技术,指出利用外循环辊式磨粉磨系统技术对现有生料辊式磨系统进行节能降耗技术改造具有显著优势,技改投资低、节电效果明显,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      This article provides a detailed introduction to the technical characteristics of the external circulation roller mill system and conducts an analysis and comparison of the power consumption among the original roller mill system, partial external circulation roller mill system, full external circulation roller mill system, and the roller press final grinding system. The results indicate that the power consumption of the full external circulation roller mill system is essentially comparable to that of the roller press final grinding system. Additionally, the article discusses energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies for existing raw material roller mill systems, highlighting the significant advantages of utilizing the external circulation roller mill grinding system technology for retrofitting existing raw material roller mill systems. Such retrofitting offers low investment costs, noticeable electricity savings, and considerable economic and social benefits.
