| 水泥窑替代燃料项目经过爆发性增长的同时，建设运行过程中产生的安全环保、技术工艺不合理、技术人员欠缺等问题也逐渐突出。本文将结合作者自身项目经验从管理及技术两方面，替代燃料品质、消防安全、环境卫生、工程技术、工程技术人员水平等五个角度进行综合性分析，并提出国内水泥窑替代燃料技术发展存在的问题及影响，为未来水泥窑替代燃料的技术发展方向提供建议。 |

| While cement kiln alternative fuel projects have experienced explosive growth, problems such as safety and environmental protection, unreasonable technical processes, and lack of technical personnel during construction and operation have gradually become prominent. This article will combine the author's own project experience to conduct a comprehensive analysis from five perspectives: management and technology, alternative fuel quality, fire safety, environmental sanitation, engineering technology, and the level of engineering and technical personnel. It will also propose the problems and impacts of the development of domestic cement kiln alternative fuel technology, and provide suggestions for the future technical development direction of cement kiln alternative fuels. |
