The application of vortex combustion technology for alternative fuels in cement kilns has demonstrated remarkable fuel substitution effects. Operational results from cement factories indicate that when using a built-in vortex combustion device for RDF disposal, the cement kiln system operates stably, achieving a total system thermal substitution rate of 38.9% and a thermal utilization rate of 63.0%. When an external vortex combustion device is employed for waste spinning disposal, the thermal substitution rate for the entire system reaches 20%, and the thermal utilization rate stands at 75.6%. The higher the quality of alternative fuels, the better the performance of the vortex combustion device. This technology aids cement factories in enhancing fuel substitution rates, conserving coal, and reducing carbon emissions. |
