为助力“双碳”战略目标的实现,促进水泥行业的可持续发展。西安建筑科技大学粉体工程研究所联合民和祁连山水泥有限公司进行低热煤矸石的高效利用试验,将煤矸石磨成精细粉作为替代燃料喷入分解炉内,回转窑年运转率按照50%考虑,在喂入量为5.78t/h的前提下,通过节煤每年可直接产生150.24万元的经济效益,并且由此年CO2排放量可降低10765吨。 |

In order to support the realization of the "Dual Carbon" strategic goals and promote the sustainable development of the cement industry, the Powder Engineering Institute of Xi"an University of Architecture and Technology, together with Minhe Qilian Mountain Cement Co., Ltd., conducted experiments on the efficient utilization of low-temperature gangue. Grind coal gangue into fine powder as an alternative fuel and inject it into the decomposition furnace. The annual operation rate of the rotary kiln is considered to be 50%.Under the condition of a feed rate of 5.7t/h, the annual direct economic benefit of coal saving is 470,600 yuan, and the annual CO2 emission can be reduced by10,765 tons. |
