磨辊是小型立磨的关键部件,常规磨辊的选型配置中存在轴承的寿命偏低且磨辊的成本较高的问题,如何提高轴承的寿命并降低磨辊的成本是我们研究的重点。结合现场实际使用的反馈,首先优化磨辊轴承寿命的计算方法,使其更能准确预测轴承的寿命;针对某小型立磨的磨辊,通过采用两个单列圆锥轴承代替原有方案即“圆柱轴承+双列圆锥轴承”,轴承的计算寿命提高约三倍;最后对磨辊轴承的新配置结构进行优化设计,分析了轴承的安装及游隙调整的方法,并对磨辊轴进行有限元分析,提高设备的可靠性,且磨辊的成本大幅降低,并在实际项目中取得了较好的效果。 |

The roller is a crucial component of the small coal vertical mill, in the selection and configuration of conventional rollers, there exist issues such as relatively low bearing lifespan and high cost of the roller. How to enhance the lifespan of the bearings and reduce the cost of the rollers is the key point of our research. Based on the feedback from actual on-site usage, the calculation method for the lifespan of the roller bearings is optimized to make it more capable of accurately predicting the bearing lifespan. For the roller of a certain small coal vertical mill, by adopting two single-row tapered bearings instead of the original scheme of "cylindrical bearing + double-row tapered bearing", the calculated lifespan of the bearings is increased by approximately three times. Finally, the new configuration structure of the roller bearings is optimized and designed. The methods for the installation of the bearings and the adjustment of the clearance are analyzed, and finite element analysis is conducted on the roller shaft to improve the reliability of the equipment, the cost of the roller is significantly reduced, and favorable effects have been achieved in actual projects. |
