| This article introduces the working principle, energy-saving characteristics, and the expected characteristics of the new generation of permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission of self destructing ironless permanent magnet couplings. It elaborates on the use of self destructing ironless permanent magnet couplings in the raw coal reclaimer of Gezhouba Jiayu Cement Co., Ltd., compares the operating status of the reclaimer before and after the application of this technology, summarizes the equipment operating data after the use of this technology, and explains that the use of self destructing permanent magnet couplings in reclaimer equipment reduces equipment failure rates, ensures production continuity, and extends equipment service life. |
