JY公司由于熟料产量由原设计4 800 t/d增加至5 800 t/d,系统NOx排放本体浓度增大,而原有脱硝系统使用时间久,设备老化,喷枪位置不合理,喷枪结皮严重,雾化差等,在满足NOx环保排放指标达到280 mg/m3以下时,吨熟料氨水用量在2.6 kg/t。采用WIS-HeSNCR精准脱硝系统、运用智能优化控制技术对生产线进行改造,同等条件下,单位熟料氨水用量降至2.02 kg/t。 |

Due to the increase in clinker production from the original design of 4 800 t/d to 5 800 t/d, JY Company has seen an increase in the concentration of NOx emissions from the system itself. Additionally, the original stripping system has been in use for a long time, with aging equipment, unreasonable spray gun positions, severe spray gun skinning, and poor atomization. When meeting the NOx environmental emission standards of below 280 mg/m3, the amount of ammonia water used per ton of clinker is 2.6 kg/t. Using the WIS-HeSNCR precision denitrification system and intelligent optimization control technology, the production line was renovated. Under the same conditions, the amount of ammonia water used per ton of clinker was reduced to 2.02 kg/t. |
