      The HXSS company's 5 000 t/d clinker production line system achieves the effect of reducing system energy consumption, reducing carbon emissions, and optimizing production indicators through measures such as small modifications and partial optimization without significant investment. The article introduces the optimization and renovation of the system, which mainly includes sealing and sealing of the system, optimization of the vertical mill system, optimization of the grate cooler system, local optimization of the preheater, and optimization of the use of ash return.
