通过构建石膏缓凝剂强时比的概念与计算公式,分析了不同种类缓凝剂对建筑石膏性能的影响,结果表明蛋白质类缓凝剂具有强时比最低,线性关系好的特点,其他种类缓凝剂强时比越大,缓凝剂适应性越差。强时比是选择石膏缓凝剂的重要参数,也是判断复合缓凝剂最佳配方的有力工具。强时比对单独的某种缓凝剂具有鲜明的判断,而对复合缓凝剂需要根据每种缓凝剂的权重复合计算后得到。 |

The effects of different retardants on the properties of building gypsum were analyzed by established the concept and calculation formula of the Intensity time ratio (ITR) of gypsum retardants. The results show that protein retardants have the lowest ITR and good linear relationship. The greater the ITR of other retardants, the worse the adaptability of retardants. The ITR is an important parameter for selecting gypsum retarder, and it is also a powerful tool for judged the best formula of compound retarder. The ITR of a single retarder has a clear judgment, and the compound retarder needs to be calculated according to the weight of each retarder. |
