碱激发胶凝材料具有凝结硬化快,耐久性优异等特点,可用于混凝土路面的快速修补。本文探究-40~60 ℃交变温度循环下碱激发粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料凝结硬化性能的演变规律。研究结果发现碱当量与矿渣量是影响工作性及力学性能的主要因素,增加碱含量和矿渣掺量均可加速碱激发粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料的水化反应,降低体系的孔隙率。当碱含量为6%,矿渣掺量为50%时,碱激发粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料展示出良好的凝结硬化性能,其初始流动度和15 min流动度分别为20.2 s、29.5 s,6 h、1 d、3 d、28 d抗压强度可达9.2 MPa、19.4 MPa、30.9 MPa、54.2 MPa。该研究表明:碱激发粉煤灰-矿渣胶凝材料用于对高海拔地区混凝土路面修补及施工具有指导作用,同时对类似高海拔地区混凝土路面的修补及施工也具有借鉴意义。 |

Alkali-activated materials can be used for quick repair because of their fast setting and excellent durability. This paper explored the effect of alkali content and slag content on the setting and hardening properties of alkali- activated materials under the alternating cycle of high and low temperature between 60℃ and 20℃. Through research, it was found that increasing alkali content or slag content can promote the hydration reaction and reduce the porosity of the system, which was benefitial to improving the mechanical properties. When the alkali content is 6% and the slag content is 50%, the alkali activated fly ash slag cementitious material exhibits good setting and hardening properties. Its initial flowability and 15 minute flowability are 20.2 s and 29.5 s, respectively. The compressive strength at 6 h, 1 d, 3 d, and 28 d can reach 9.2 MPa, 19.4 MPa, 30.9 MPa, and 54.2 MPa. This study indicates that alkali activated fly ash slag cementitious materials have a guiding role in the repair and construction of concrete pavements in high-altitude areas, and also have reference significance for the repair and construction of concrete pavements in similar high-altitude areas. |
