      为了降低钛石膏中Fe3+含量,提高石膏纯度和品位,研究了4种不同碱性固体废弃物处理钛白粉酸性废水的中和过程,结果表明不同材料的中和反应过程各不相同,但基本可以划分为三段,碱性越强,三段划分越明显。四种中和材料中造纸白泥得到的钛石膏中Fe3+含量最低,效果最好,但是以溶液中固含量作为评价钛石膏中铁离子含量高低的参数时,准确性较差,建议当采用不含铁离子固废处治钛白粉酸性废水时,直接采用分光光度法检测废水中的Fe3+含量,防止固废中的离子进入溶液,影响溶液固含量。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the Fe3+ content in titanium gypsum and improve the grade of gypsum, the neutralization reaction of four different alkaline solid wastes in the acidic wastewater of titanium dioxide was studied. The results show that the neutralization reaction process of different materials is different, but it can basically be divided into three stages. The stronger the alkalinity, the more obvious the three-stage division. Among the four neutralization materials, the titanium gypsum obtained from papermaking sludge has the lowest Fe3+ content and the best effect. However, when evaluated the iron ion content in the titanium gypsum using the solids content of the solution as a parameter, the accuracy is poor. It is suggested that when used alkaline solid waste to neutralize the acidic wastewater of titanium dioxide, the direct use of spectrophotometer to evaluate the Fe3+ content of the wastewater should be adopted to prevent the ions in the solid waste from entering the solution and affect the solids content of the solution.
