针对我国水泥行业气体污染物排放量大以及国家对水泥行业超低排放的要求,本文通过分析公司废气治理与排放现状发现氮氧化物排放量高出超低排放限值2倍以上。本公司采用SCR尘硝一体化超低排放技术,在高温低尘的运行环境下,保证催化剂层高效稳定运行,同时将氮氧化物平均浓度降至46.23mg/m3,氮氧化物减排约560.30t/a,创造经济价值360.56万/a,对未来水泥厂进行超低排放技术改造具有一定的参考价值。 |

In view of the large emission of gas pollutants in China"s cement industry and the national requirements for ultra-low emissions in the cement industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of the company"s waste gas treatment and emissions, and finds that the emission of nitrogen oxides is more than 2 times higher than the ultra-low emission limit. The company adopts the SCR dust and nitrate integrated ultra-low emission technology to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the catalyst layer under the operating environment of high temperature and low dust. At the same time, the average concentration of nitrogen oxides is reduced to 46.23mg/m3, and the reduction of nitrogen oxides is about 560.30t/a, creating an economic value of 3.656 million/a, which has a certain reference value for the ultra-low emission technical transformation of cement plants in the future. |
